Acceptance of terms

By registering for and using M-Khutso you agree to these Terms of Use. For learners under 18 a parent or guardian must provide consent before the account is activated.

Who can use M-Khutso

M-Khutso is designed for Grade 7, 8 and 9 learners in South Africa. Learners under 18 require verifiable parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

Free tier

All registered users have permanent access to the free tier, which allows one worksheet per day in any subject of their choice. The daily limit resets at midnight. No payment information is required to use the free tier.

Subscription and payment

Unlimited worksheets require an active paid subscription:

Tier 1 — Merit

R69 / month

Natural Sciences, Technology and Social Sciences.

Tier 2 — Mastery

R129 / month

All Tier 1 subjects plus Mathematics and EMS.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. M-Khutso does not store card details. Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Account communications including subscription confirmations and renewal reminders are delivered via WhatsApp to the number registered on your account.

Acceptable use

You may use M-Khutso for personal educational purposes only. You may not share your account with other users.

Submitted content

When you submit handwritten answers and photographs to M-Khutso for marking you grant M-Khutso a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing feedback, progress tracking, and improving our marking systems in anonymised form.

Intellectual property

All content on the M-Khutso platform is the intellectual property of M-Khutso Learning. You may not reproduce, distribute or sell any M-Khutso content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

M-Khutso provides an educational practice tool. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Results depend on consistent practice and effort by the learner.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
